We operate the website https://www.pasela.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "legal terms") (collectively, the "Services"). Pasela is a web app designed to deliver instructional content from Positive Action, Inc.
Our priority is to educate and make it easy for customers to understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

Positive Action is committed to ensuring that your ordering information, including your customer information, is protected while you are on the Site.
